Terms and Conditions
Updated: Jan 1, 2024
The services that SolidityBank provides to you are subject to the following Terms of use ('TOU').
SolidityBank reserves the right to update and modify the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the 'Terms of Use' hyperlink located at the bottom of our webpages.
When we make updates to the TOU, SolidityBank will update the date at the top of this page. By using the website after a new version of the TOU has been posted, you agree to the terms of such new version.
By accessing or using SolidityBank (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Application, including any related content, services, or features made available by SolidityBank. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.
The Application does not store or have access to your private keys, wallet passwords, or recovery phrases. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials. SolidityBank cannot recover lost wallets or funds due to the loss of private keys or compromised accounts.
Blockchain transactions are subject to network fees, also known as "gas fees," which are not controlled by SolidityBank. You are solely responsible for any fees incurred while interacting with the blockchain through the Application. We are not liable for failed transactions or excessive fees charged by the blockchain network.
The Application may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to wallet providers, exchanges, and blockchain networks. SolidityBank does not endorse or assume responsibility for the actions or policies of any third-party service providers. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
In connection with your use of the Services, you are required to pay all fees necessary for interacting with the Ethereum, Avalanche or other blockchains, including transaction costs (e.g., gas fees), as well as all other fees reflected on the Site at the time of your use of the Services. Although we attempt to provide accurate fee information, this information reflects our estimates of fees, which may vary from the actual fees paid to use the Services and interact with a blockchain.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
